What are Film Swag Bags?
- Film Swag Bags are customizable, durable organizer bags designed to keep your gear, tools, and accessories neatly organized on set. With velcro labels, they allow you to personalize and easily identify items during production.
What makes your Organizer Bags different from other gear organizers?
- Unlike some of the cheaper options our's are built to withstand the demands of a fast-paced set, offering durability, organization, and easy access to tools when you need them most. And the best of all, affordable.
- We are also filmmakers ourselves and we care about being affordable. Because of that we don't have packaging, tags, or other wasteful items you might see on other products.
What materials are your products made of?
- Our products are made from high-quality, durable materials designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a film set, including durable 900d weather resistant polyester, water-resistant fabrics, heavy-duty zippers, and strong velcro.
Are they Waterproof?
- No just water resistant.
Are these Items Drop Shipped Items?
- NO we fully design our bags and tags from the ground up and ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.
- Muslin Inserts are hand made and sewn in house.
- Our Clothing comes from a vendor who we personally work with to ensure high quality results. Including fixing issues when they arise like printing defects.
Do you offer any warranty on your products?
- Yes, we offer a limited warranty for our products. If you experience any manufacturing defects or issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Can I Cancel my order?
- Yes but please CONTACT US ASAP to avoid shipment being sent out.
- If the package has already been shipped out the return process can begin once the customer accepts delivery.
- Refund process will take 7-10 business days after Film Swag receives returned items.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience worldwide.
Do International orders have any additional fees?
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
Is Shipping Free?
- Free Shipping is ONLY for USA orders over $150.
- Otherwise Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey - shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the package and your shipping address during the checkout process. Please place your order in the shopping cart to view shipping charges. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Time
- Our standard processing time is within 5 business days for any orders containing in-stock items ONLY that are placed on business days.
- If your order includes a mix of in-stock and backorder/pre-order items, the order will not ship until all items are available.
- Domestic orders take approx. 3-7 business days to be delivered via USPS or UPS Ground after the packages are received by the carrier.
- International orders take approx. 3-5 business days to be delivered via USPS, UPS Expedited or DHL Express Worldwide after packages are received by the carrier.
- Delivery by a certain date or time is an estimate ONLY, it is not a guaranteed service.
- Film Swag does not have any control over when the carrier will deliver. Delivery times are “estimated” ONLY and not guaranteed. The carriers shipping policy operates independently of ours.
Import & Customs Fees internationally
- International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
- Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods.
- The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.
- The customs value is made up of: the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost and the shipping cost.
- Shipping and custom fees will be calculated at checkout.
- If an International shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, shipping charges, costs of returning the package as well as the original purchase price incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
What if an Item is Missing or Damaged?
- Damaged in Delivery: If there is damage to the package or item, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately at CONTACT so we can file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
- All missing items claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please note that all packages are weighed before leaving our warehouse. Let us know if your package was tampered with. Photos would be greatly helpful for the carrier and our staff to investigate.
- Film Swag reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

- We offer a 30 Day Risk-Free Return policy, if you're not satisfied, return for a full refund.
- For a 30 Day Risk-Free Return, items must not have any extensive wear and tear, Heavy usage or damage.

When Will I Receive My Order Refund?
- After receiving the returned items our team will inspect the items for any damage or wear and tear before processing the return.
